Russ & Chris, we are the owners of SOS and took over the dealership back in 2015. Russ brings years of experience to the table and has been servicing stoves since 2006. We are dedicated to helping families and businesses save money on heating and our hands on approach and passion for service have grown SOS into one of the most trusted outdoor furnace providers in West Michigan.

Jessica joined the team in 2020. Since joining the team, Jessica provides top-notch customer service. She helps customers understand the products, schedules appointments for purchases, and coordinates service calls when maintenance is needed. Her friendly assistance ensures every customer feels valued.
